Do customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR poster on your counter and the queue opens in their phone browser.
What counts as a ticket?
One token issued to one customer. Tokens that are cancelled before being called still count once.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from your dashboard; limits apply immediately.
